By using WristBrief, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect

- Account identifier
- Display name

- Profile image, if provided
We use this information to authenticate your account, keep your account synchronized across devices, and associate eligible subscription or membership status with your account.
We do not receive your Google password.
1.2 App content and user-provided data
Depending on the features you use, WristBrief may process information such as:
- RSS feeds, feed URLs, article metadata, saved articles, and reading state

- Search queries and Ask AI prompts
- Text submitted for AI summarization, transcription, translation, question answering, or other AI-assisted features
- Audio or media that you intentionally submit for transcription or AI processing
- User settings, preferences, export choices, and device synchronization state

1.3 Device, diagnostics, and technical information
We may process limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, including:
- Device type and operating system version
- App version and build information
- Language, region, and display preferences
- Network and API request metadata

We may receive purchase-related information such as:
- Product or subscription identifier
- Purchase status
- Renewal or expiration status
- Transaction or purchase token required to validate entitlement
- Country or region information provided by the marketplace where necessary for service operation

3. AI Features and Third-Party Model Providers
WristBrief may use third-party artificial intelligence providers to power features such as summaries, transcription, translation, content extraction, and Ask AI.
Depending on the feature and configuration, content you submit may be sent to one or more external AI service providers solely to generate the requested result. These providers may include services from companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other model and infrastructure providers supported by WristBrief.
The exact provider may vary by plan, region, feature availability, service reliability, or product configuration.
When content is processed by an external AI provider:
- We attempt to send only the information needed for the requested operation.
- Your content is subject to the applicable provider’s privacy, security, and data-processing terms.
- You should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the feature you are using.
WristBrief does not guarantee that third-party AI systems will produce accurate, complete, or error-free results.
4. RSS, Podcast, and External Content Sources
WristBrief can retrieve information from third-party RSS feeds, podcast services, websites, and content providers.
When WristBrief connects to these services, technical information such as your request, IP address, user agent, feed URL, or other network metadata may be visible to the external provider as part of normal internet communication.
Third-party content sources are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. WristBrief does not control how independent websites, publishers, podcast hosts, or content platforms handle information.
5. Google Sign-In and Google API Services
If WristBrief uses Google Sign-In or Google API Services, information received from Google is used only to provide authentication, account association, synchronization, subscription recognition, or another feature clearly presented to you.
WristBrief’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements, including Limited Use requirements where they apply.
You may be able to revoke WristBrief’s access through your Google Account permissions. Revoking access may prevent features that depend on Google authentication from functioning.
6. Exports and Connected Services
WristBrief may allow you to export or send content to third-party services, including note-taking, knowledge-management, or file-storage tools such as Notion, Obsidian-compatible workflows, or other integrations.
When you intentionally initiate an export:
- The selected content may be transmitted to the destination service.
- The destination provider’s own privacy policy and terms apply after the data reaches that service.
- WristBrief is not responsible for how an independent third-party service stores or uses exported data.
7. Data Sharing
We may share limited information only when reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, hosting, authentication, analytics, crash-reporting, AI, content-delivery, or payment-validation providers to operate WristBrief. These providers may process information on our behalf according to their applicable agreements and policies.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, legal process, court order, or a valid request from a competent authority, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, integrity, and security of WristBrief, our users, or others.
Business changes
If WristBrief or Ybhsoft Innovation is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
8. Data Storage and Retention
WristBrief may store account information, synchronization data, preferences, subscription entitlement information, and other service data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, the feature involved, security needs, backup cycles, and legal requirements.
We may retain limited information after account deletion when necessary to:
- Complete deletion across backups or distributed systems
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce agreements
- Meet legal or accounting obligations
Where information is no longer required, we may delete, aggregate, or de-identify it.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include encrypted network transport, access controls, authentication safeguards, server-side validation, and security monitoring.
However, no internet service, software system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, account, and credentials.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Request access to certain personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of certain information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Request data portability where applicable
- Lodge a complaint with a relevant data-protection authority
Some information may also be managed directly through WristBrief settings, your Google Account, or the relevant app marketplace.
To make a privacy request, contact us at zeromostia@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
11. Account Deletion
Where account-based features are available, you may request deletion of your WristBrief account and associated personal data by contacting zeromostia@gmail.com or by using an in-app account deletion feature if one is available.
Deletion may not immediately remove information from encrypted backups, fraud-prevention records, transaction records required by law, or systems where retention is legally required.
12. Children’s Privacy
WristBrief is not intended for children below the minimum age required to consent to digital services in their jurisdiction without appropriate parental or guardian authorization.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to WristBrief improperly, contact us at zeromostia@gmail.com so that we can review and take appropriate action.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards may be used for international transfers of personal information.
14. Third-Party Links and Services
WristBrief may contain links to or integrations with websites, apps, content providers, and services that are not operated by Ybhsoft Innovation.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to independent third parties. You should review the privacy policies of services you choose to access or connect.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in WristBrief, our service providers, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
When we make material changes, we may update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or through another reasonable channel.
Continued use of WristBrief after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective is subject to the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
